Job description:
Are you passionate about the sales profession, do you know the Italian retail market and do you speak Italian? We are looking for a driven account manager for Italy who will be responsible for major chains.
You have a passion for home decoration and are willing to travel. This is a dynamic job in which you will deal with retailers, DIY stores, supermarkets and chains in the interior decoration sector that match our product range. Besides achieving sales targets, you will analyse results, supervise orders and work closely with the inside sales department to serve our customers in the best possible way. You look beyond product sales, you draw up assortment plans with your client and make strategic choices with your relations.
Who are you:
You are a structured account manager who puts our customer first in all facets of sales. You know the sales processes from A to Z, or are willing to master them. You promote our systems and take the initiative to grow Italy as a sales territory. You have a commercial drive, but do not lose sight of the processes. You preferably have 3 to 5 years’ work experience, preferably internationally. Should you have experience and/or a network in Italy, that would certainly be an advantage. You are available 32 to 40 hours and flexible when it comes to our (sales) seasons and travelling.
